Precautions when installing the engine
Please be sure to read the attached instruction manual before starting work.
Please check the reason for engine replacement and the details of the problem once again, inspect and replace the auxiliary equipment, and prevent the problem from recurring.

Be sure to clean the inside of the intake manifold.
Debris from pistons, valves and turbines may remain, especially if there is a possibility of damage inside the engine.
In that case, perform steam cleaning to ensure that foreign matter is removed before assembling.

In the case of overheated vehicles, there are many cases where there is a problem with the radiator, cap, heater core, and auxiliary equipment such as water hoses.
Be sure to check the change in the cooling water temperature with a diagnostic device even after the engine is installed. Check the radiator, hose, and water leaks at each connection before delivery.

Dirt such as blow-by is attached to the throttle, ISC valve, etc.
Be sure to clean it.
It may cause idling malfunction. Do not use the engine conditioner for cleaning. It may cause an internal short circuit.

For each electrical component, clean the contacts so that contact resistance does not occur before assembling securely.
Deterioration of electrical components is often invisible.
